西藏雅尼国家湿地公园维管植物物种组成及多样性分析

Species composition and diversity of vascular plants in Yani National Wetlands Park in Xizang

  • 摘要: 为了深入了解西藏雅尼国家湿地公园植物资源现状及区系组成,加强对湿地的规划与保护,于2021年5月28日至9月10日,采用样地调查和样线法对雅尼湿地区域内植物群落进行调查,结合双向指示种分析(TWINSPAN)和单因素方差分析,分析了雅尼湿地内植物物种组成、植物区系特征、群落类型及群落植物多样性。研究结果表明,西藏雅尼国家湿地公园共有维管植物314种,隶属65科197属。在物种组成中,草本植物物种数量占据优势,共计38科93属143种;记录到国家二级重点保护野生植物2科2属2种,即金荞麦(Fagopyrum dibotrys)和光核桃(Prunus mira);外来入侵植物10科15属15种,以印加孔雀草(Tagetes minuta)、欧洲千里光(Senecio vulgaris)等植物为主。雅尼湿地植物科和属的分布区类型中的温带分布类型分别占除世界分布类型外的51.72%和67.11%,表明西藏雅尼国家湿地公园植物区系具有较为明显的温带性质。通过TWINSPAN分类法将雅尼湿地区域划分为5种植物群落类型,其中灌木–草本植物群落(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)多样性水平高于草本植物群落和木质藤本–草本植物群落(Ⅴ)。尼洋河段植物群落灌木以腺叶绢毛蔷薇(Rosa sericea f. glandulosa)、藏沙蒿(Artemisia wellbyi)和白草(Pennisetum flaccidum)等草本植物为优势种,尼洋河和雅鲁藏布江交汇区以小苞水柏枝(Myricaria wardii)、扁刺蔷薇(Rosa sweginzowii)等灌木和棒头草(Polypogon fugax)、大花嵩草(Carex nudicarpa)等草本植物为优势种,雅鲁藏布江段植物群落以棒头草、琉璃草(Cynoglossum furcatum)等草本植物为优势种。不同群落间存在显著差异,腺叶绢毛蔷薇–白草群落多样性显著高于其他群落(p<0.05),除Margalef丰富度指数外西南铁线莲(Clematis pseudopogonandra)–棒头草群落的其他多样性指数显著低于其他群落(p<0.05)。

     

    Abstract: To deeply understand the current status and regional composition of plant resources in the Yanyi National Wetland Park in Xizang and to strengthen wetland planning and protection, a plant survey was conducted within the Yanyi Wetland area during May 28 to September 10, 2021, employing a sample plot survey and a sample line method. Using a combination of Two-Way Indicator Species Analysis (TWINSPAN) and One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), this study analyzed the plant species composition, floristic characteristics, community types, and plant diversity of the communities within the Yani Wetland. The study results indicate that the Yanyi National Wetland Park in Xizang has a total of 314 species of vascular plants, affiliated with 65 families and 197 genera. Among these, there are 10 species of ferns belonging to 7 families and 8 genera, 2 species of gymnosperms belonging to 1 family and 2 genera, and 302 species of angiosperms belonging to 57 families and 187 genera. In terms of species composition, herbaceous plants dominate with 143 species across a total of 38 families and 93 genera. Two species of nationally important wild plants (Class II) were recorded, belonging to 2 families and 2 genera: Fagopyrum dibotrys and Prunus mira. Additionally, 15 alien plant species were identified, spanning 10 families and 15 genera, including Inca Peacock Flower and European Hyssop. The temperate distribution types within the plant family and genus distribution patterns of the Yanyi Wetland account for 51.72% and 67.11% respectively, excluding the worldwide distribution type which indicates that the flora of the Yanyi National Wetland Park in Xizang exhibits distinctly temperate characteristics. The Yanyi Wetland area was divided into five plant community species using the TWINSPAN classification method. Among these, shrub-herb communities (communities I and II) exhibited higher diversity levels than herb communities and woody vine-herb communities (community V). In the Nyang River community, dominant shrubs include Rosa sericea f. glandulosa and Artemisia wellbyi, with grasses such as Pennisetum flaccidum being the dominant species. In the confluence area, dominant shrubs are Myricaria wardii and Rosa sweginzowii, and herbaceous plants like Polypogon fugax and Carex nudicarpa. The Yalu-Zangbo River community features herbaceous plants like Polypogon fugax and Cynoglossum furcatum as dominant species. There were significant differences among different communities. The diversity of the Rosa chinensis var. Glandulifera-Pennisetum flaccidum community was significantly higher than that of other communities (p<0.05). With the exception of the Margalef diversity index, the values of other diversity indicators for the Clematis pseudopogonandra-Polypogon fugax community were significantly lower than those of other communities (p<0.05).
