Abstract: Based on the Travel Cost Interval Analysis method, this study assessed and appraised the recreational value of the three-day 2019 International Winter Fishing Festival of Lianhuan Lake, Dulbert Mongolian Autonomous County, Daqing City. The results of the study showed that the social development coefficient of Heilongjiang province in 2019 was about 0.69, and the amended total recreation value was about 2.148 million yuan, of which the consumer surplus was about 938 900 yuan, accounting for 38.82%. At present, the Lianhuan Lake International Winter Fishing Festival is still in its initial stage, and there is great potential to develope tourism. This study provided fundamental datum for the optimization of scenic spot configuration and recreational value enhancement of Lianhuan Lake, and also provided references for the modernization of the recreational fishery industry in cold inland areas. It will guide promoting the integration of fishery industries and high-quality development.
